Abdoulaye NDIAYE is a lawyer and human rights defender. He has worked for several years on democracy, human rights, migration, access to information, migration and transparency. He has worked on alternative reports to international conventions in Senegal. Passionate about human rights research, he is also interested in freedom of expression, freedom of the press and governance. He believes that development depends on protecting the rights of people who assert themselves in the civic space.
